Bright Eyes Catering was established in 1995 By Mr. Keith Bowers of Convoy, Ohio. Mr. Bowers runs the business out of his home, he has Mobile Hog Roasters, and Catering Trailers that he uses to attend different Festivities, and Functions that he is Catering.
Mr. Bowers has been a Public School Music Teacher for 29 years, and is also a Methodist Church Senior Choir Director.
Bright Eyes Catering's Recipes are Unique, and Different than any other Restaurant establishment.
Bright Eyes Catering is Best Known for is Center-Cut Roasted Pork Tenderloin, Baby Back Ribs, and Homemade B.B.Q. Sauce.
All of Bright Eyes Catering's Meats are Cooked on a Hog Roaster over a Bed of Charcoal, and Gently Hickory Smoked. The Meats are Gently Flavored, and Tenderized with Bright Eyes Secret Blends of Basting, and Tenderizing Solutions that create a Special Taste.
